24apr11 am Trying to work on my computer and i am constantly shot with signals coming from the outside to the inside. This signal carries pain with it and is used to stop the PC. The lines on the computer begin to oscillate and there are two bars that remain static like a carrier wave?? It kicks PC ass without touching it or getting close. It takes me 10 hours to do 30 minutes of work. When i go outside and come back in, it disappears. Looks like a large new black truck that has some sort of electronics aboard from next door to the west. It could be Marine ka-band with a carrier signal for the software that allows them to adjust it up to the shoreline but not past that point. That is pulsating ka-band. It also causes all sorts of problems with the PC...some seem to be predictable and not. It can slow it down almost to nothing..other spoofing and poofing happpens also. Got an email virus from some asshole that i know. I have sent in cyber crime reports to the online FBI cyber crime unit and mentioned these things. I have also been sick with microwave symptoms, like bleeding gums and no energy.
