13dec11 8am This is a small picture of my left shoulder showing redness from microwave exposure and a red bump with a small scar behind it. This spot begins to itch on a regular basis. I believe it is from a laser tracking device that uses virtual wires created by the new plasma lasers coming out that will eventually replace the TASER...being tested now. This hook up can also deliever electricity pulsed over the virtual wires and shocking the target...that's me and it hurts and has disfigured my skin just like other things they have done to me..on my wife, it causes very small raised black moles with sharp edges.
