Description: dec 29, 2010 a pciture of my dog Rocky got shot with a triangle wave from a military signal generator about a week ago..the 164 decibel energy was ained using software and a similar logic used by spot light went inf the top of the right hip and out the ball sack..burning and leaving burned flesh that is still healing. They torture my baby boy brahm(19mo) also..they have shot me with this shot and it left scars on my hip..bloody eye..also burns plant life ...THIS DOG IS STILL ALIVE BUT PERMANENT AND LASTING DAMAGE FROM BEING SHOT PREVAILS OVER HIS CRIPPLED LIFE..
