A phoneme is a basic element of a given language or dialect, from which words in that language or dialect are analyzed as being built up. The phoneme is defined by the International Phonetic Association as "the smallest segmental unit of sound employed to form meaningful contrasts between utterances. These gutteral utterances are created even if you talk to yourself silently. These amplified gutteral utterances are read by a super computer and translated to voice or text. The amplification occurs by using ultrasound/infrasound straight into your body. This connection is an input output to a super computer where translation of the phonemes occur. Also, a hailing device from the computer can be input at this level forming a closed network from them to you. They can talk to you subliminally two different ways that are both silent and only you hear. 1) completely silent where you can't hear or 2) completely silent where only your brain hears. When they talk to you, two tracks are employed and you can hear them with your ear and preceding that is the same given to you subliminally where only the brain hears.
